Hi, my name is Amy, a certified Yoga Instructor based in South Derbyshire.

Yoga for me has been a cherished tool to lean on throughout my life. For me, Yoga is not only a physical practise but the union of the mind, body and soul. By practising yoga I have felt a deep connection and its this feeling that keeps me ever present and coming back for more.

I have been lucky enough to learn from some very talented and knowledgeable individuals so it is my aim to share everything I have learnt with you. Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, I hope to see you on the mat soon.
